Price is per lb. and serves as a deposit per unit desired on all poultry products excluding ground, or sausage which is packaged in 1 lb. packs. The deposit will be subtracted from the actual weight and the difference will be billed at pick up / delivery. Or you can just email, text or call in your order and we can bill altogether at pick up / delivery. We strive to provide all fresh, never frozen poultry but timing doesn’t always match up and sometimes we have to freeze it. Be sure to order the appropriate fresh or frozen. All produce is bagged, bunched, or otherwise weighed and packed per unit and matches price.
