Heritage birds are the more sustainable breeds of chicken. They will readily reproduce on the farm without human intervention beyond food, water, and shelter. They have more firm texture and more “chickeny” flavor. Our ground chicken (unless otherwise requested) includes whole chicken, light and dark meat, skin, gizzard and heart to render a more flavorful and juicy product than usual ground chicken.

Price is per lb. and only serves as a deposit per unit desired on all poultry products excluding ground which is packaged in 1 lb. packs. The deposit will be subtracted from the actual weight and the difference will be billed at pick up or upon delivery. Or you can just email, text or call in your order and we can bill all at once at pick up or delivery.
